Hearing voices is more common than you might think. For many years, treatment for this experience was based on assumptions that were not supported by research. In this e-learning, you will discover what hearing voices is, what it is not, and what practical tools are available to help deal with voices.
We recommend that voice hearers, their loved ones, professionals, and other interested individuals go through this e-learning together, in both clinical and non-clinical settings.
